Office Hours
Monday through Friday: hours will vary for management to be in office. To rent a unit, you may contact someone at the telephone number listed for each location, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Closed on Sunday.

Rent is payable by the first of the month. We do not send monthly statements. If your payment is not received or is not postmarked by the 3rd, you will be charged a $15.00 late fee and your unit is subject to be locked out! Units that are locked out due to delinquency will be unlocked only after certified funds, including all late fees, have been collected.

Insurance is required at a cost of $11 per month. A brochure and form will be provided with your lease agreement.

You must furnish your own lock. Only one lock may be used on each storage door.

No perishable or hazardous items, including highly flammable or highly volatile products, shall be placed in the leased premises by occupant.
