Office Hours
Monday through Friday: hours will vary for management to be in office. To rent a unit, you may contact someone at the telephone number listed above for each location, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Closed on Sunday.
General Rent Rules
Rent is payable by the first of the month. We do not send monthly statements. If your payment is not received or is not postmarked by the 3rd, you will be charged a $15.00 late fee and your unit is subject to be locked out! Units that are locked out due to delinquency will be unlocked only after certified funds, including all late fees, have been collected.
Vacating
Payment is made for the full month and is not refundable if the unit is vacated early. In order not to be charged for the next whole month, your unit must be vacated prior to the first of the month. Tenant agrees to maintain unit in good condition, and upon termination of lease, to return the leased unit in clean and undamaged condition.
Insurance
Insurance is required. A brochure and form will be provided with your lease agreement.
Locks
You must furnish your own lock. Only one lock may be used on each storage door.
No perishable or hazardous items, including highly flammable or highly volatile products, shall be placed in the leased premises by occupant.
